PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of a groove-shaped thin part (spider mark) in a cylindrical body composed of rubber, resin, etc., in which rubber, resin, etc. are packed insufficiently, on the spider downstream side of an extruding die for the cylindrical body. SOLUTION: In a spider 8 fitted to an extruding die 10, an outer peripheral side opening part 14 and a central side opening part 15 are formed continually between a spider outer cylinder 12 and a mandrel 6 to be arranged in the shape of concentric layers, and in each fan-shape, connecting both ends of each standard length (x) which divided the outer circumference of the spider 8 uniformly with the center (c) of the spider 8, the areas of the openings are equalized in each fan-shape.
