SOLUTION: This person recognizing device for vehicle comprises; an image input means 2 obtaining an image of a fellow passenger in a vehicular structure body, a face image recognizing means 3 recognizing an face image in order to identify an individual of the fellow passenger, and a control means 7 controlling various equipment 5 arranged in the vehicle structure body 1 on the basis of the face image recognized by the face image recognizing means 3.
