First connecting tray has two bushings located on upper surface which embrace axles of hinges of storage tray and two axles of hinges located on lower surface that are embraced by bushings positioned on surface of second connecting tray. Enclosure has frame, tubular base, member to release stress from aggregate of cable inputs, butt seal limiting penetration of moisture through cable inputs. Split tube meant to lay fiber-optical cable from storage tray to connecting trays or between connecting trays has separable seal placed along longitudinal seam which makes it possible to put cable through tube fast, without drawing it through tube.
