PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-term administration program for lasofoxifene as an estrogen agonist/antagonist, namely, (-)-cis-6-phenyl-5-[4-(2-pyrrolidin-1- ylethoxy)phenyl]-5,6,7,8-tetrahydronaphthalen-2-ol or a D-tartrate salt (ester) thereof. SOLUTION: This lasofoxifene administration program comprises administering this medicament once a week based on both the half-life and efficacy of lasofoxifene. Thereby, the objective administration effect similar to the daily administration effect by conventional means can be attained.
