PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coating materials which meet the conditions relating to the resistances against mechanical properties, weatherability, light resistance, transparency, heat resistance, strippability, water resistance, and resistance to precipitation (of organic and inorganic natural substances) and the reusability and exhibit high hardness and low elongation. SOLUTION: This coating material comprises a mixture of at least two aqueous anionic polyurethane polyurea dispersions A and B, and the dispersion A as the dried coated film has a Tg of -30 deg.C to -45 deg.C, the dispersion B as the dried coated film has a first Tg of -30 deg.C to -45 deg.C and a second Tg of +45 deg.C to +60 deg.C, and the mixture of the dispersions A and B as the dried film has only one Tg of -30 deg.C to -45 deg.C.
