PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide daylighting function and shielding function to a double- glazed window having a thin spatial layer. SOLUTION: There is provided a double-glazed window structure, which is formed such that a spatial layer 53 is defined between a frame body 43 and a plurality of sheet glasses 2, 2, and that the spatial layer 53 includes a light shielding member 15 therein. In this structure, the light shielding member 15 is of a pleated member and is strained between a fixed frame 5 and a mobile frame 7, which are arranged in the spatial layer.
