PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorated panel-driven outside insulation precast concrete slab which can shorten the term of work at a building site and can be stabilized in quality. SOLUTION: In a decorated panel-driven precast concrete slab in which backing concrete 5 is fixed to a parallel decorated panel body which is constituted by arranging decorated panels 2 in a mesh in the same plane with anchor fittings 6, an elastic adhesive layer 3 is applied to the rear surface of each panel 2 and an heat insulating layer 4 is interposed between the adhesive layer 3 and backing concrete 5.
