PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an endless belt capable of easily, accurately positioning and arranging a lean stop member to the belt such as a photosensitive element belt, an intermediate transfer belt or the like, the belt and an image forming apparatus using the belt. SOLUTION: A liquid-like resin 4 is supplied from a supply nozzle 5 onto an inner periphery of a rotating cylindrical mold 1, and an intermediate transfer belt 501 and a lean stop member 6 mounted at an end of the inner periphery of the belt 501 are simultaneously molded. Then, a plurality of through holes 501a are formed along a circumferential direction of the belt 501, and a protrusion 6a engaged with the hole 501a is formed at the member 6. Since the hole 501a is formed simultaneously with molding of the belt 501, the hole 501a is always accurately formed at a decided position of the belt 501. Thus, the member 6 can be accurately arranged so as not to be moved in a zigzag manner in the circumferential direction of the belt 501 by an easy work for only engaging the protrusion 6a with the hole 501a. |
