PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the disturbance of planted seedlings by a planting bill of a seedling transplanter. SOLUTION: A seedling receiving piece 1 supporting a seedling bed B is formed in the lower end part of a planting bill 2 reciprocating in the vertical direction. The seedling A held at the upper side is planted on a soil by opening the bill at the lower side. The lower end of a funnel-shaped guiding cylinder 3 for guiding the seedling A for transplantation is positioned in the planting bill 2 or close to the upper face of the seedling receiving piece 1.
