PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a round cutter possible to correspond to the changes of size. SOLUTION: A first cutter 33 and a second cutter 34 are provided in order on the transfer route of the continuous color paper 23. The first cutter 33 cuts and separates the continuous color paper 23 to make a cut sheet color paper 26. The second cutter 34 rounds off both corners of the tip of color paper 26. A turn table body 50 rotates the color paper 26 in a 180-degree arc. The second cutter 34 is driven to round off remaining both corners of the color paper 26. The second cutter 34 is provided with cutter bodies 65, 66 and a shift mechanism 75. The shift mechanism 75 is driven adjusting to the change in the width of the color paper 26 and positions the cutter bodies 65, 66 on both corners of the color paper 26. The turn table body 50 is set on the center position of the feeding direction of the color paper 26 adjusting to the change in the length of the color paper 26 using a shift part 52.
