PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect water, an animal and a plant between faces of slope for constructiong a retaining wall without complicating construction work. SOLUTION: An engaging part 7 is formed on an upper surface of a concrete block 1 for a retaining wall, and at mutually continuously stacking time, this engaging part 7 is engaged with an outside surface of an upwardly positioned front frame part 2 to regulate a longitudinal/lateral directional relative movement.
