PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for forming a temporary fence capable of being set to a space-saving state in no use and convenient for storage and conveyance. SOLUTION: Both end sections of a chain 8 or a rope are connected to a pair of main bodies 6 having ring-like sections 9 respectively. The chain 8 or the rope can be suspended between cones 4 to form a temporary fence by coupling the ring-like sections 9 of a pair of main bodies 6 with the cones 4 respectively. The rope 8 or the rope can be collected in a space-saving state, thereby it is convenient for storage and conveyance.
