PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pocket that can safely hold a pocket tissue paper in a vinyl pouch without falling out and permits the wearer to hygienically use the tissue paper. SOLUTION: The pocket cloth is folded lengthwise or sideways and the folded part is used as the port for taking out and taking in the tissue paper, the pocket is formed on the cloth itself so that the tissue paper may be held in the pocket and sewed in a U-shaped from the front side to form another pocket on the back face of the tissue paper included.
