PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vinyl chloride-based resin composition capable of providing moldings having excellent impact resistance and weather resistance compared to conventional moldings. SOLUTION: This vinyl chloride-based resin composition is obtained by compounding 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride-based resin obtained by graft copolymerizing 70-99 wt.% vinyl monomer consisting essentially of vinyl chloride on 1-30 wt.% acrylic copolymer obtained by polymerizing a radically polymerizable monomer consisting essentially of a (meth)acrylate, and having <=-20 deg.C glass transition temperature, with 0.1-5 pts.wt. alkyltin malate-based thermal stabilizer represented by the general formula (1) R12Sn(OCOCH= COOR2)2 (1) (R1 and R2 are each mutually independently a 1-10C alkyl).
