PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the turning deterrent of a vehicle outside mirror properly. SOLUTION: This vehicle outside mirror, formed by overlaying the hemi-spherical concave base part 31 of a mirror body 3 made of synthetic resin retaining a mirror body 2 on a hemi-spherical convex seat 11 of a mirror base 1 made of synthetic resin or metal mounted on a vehicle body, inserting a bolt 4, from the base part 31, into through-holes 12, 32 passing through the central parts of the seat 11 and the base part 31, and tightening a nut 6 onto the bolt 4 through a spring 5 from the seat 11 side to bring the base part 31 into pressure contact with the seat 11 so as to slide by the reaction of a spring 5 and permit an adjustable angle, is structured so as to have an inverted crown shape having an abutting part 42 abutted against the outer periphery of the base part 31 by protruding the head part 41 of the bolt 4 downward to the outer periphery, and press the outer periphery of the base part 31 with the abutting part 42 when the nut 6 is tightened onto the bolt 4 through the spring 5 to bring the base part 31 into pressure contact with the set 11.
