PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having a window part showing no stickiness in the exposed part of a heat-sealable transparent resin film layer at the part where the window part is formed even if a transparent resin film and the heat- sealable transparent resin film layer are superposed one upon another, generating no blocking, requiring no drying process and having no danger of air pollution or a fire. SOLUTION: A laminate having a transparent window part consists of a heat-sealable transparent resin film layer obtained by applying an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin with a vinyl acetate content of 10-20 wt.% melted at 230-240 deg.C to a transparent resin film and a paper layer having a window part. The method of producing the above laminate characterized by laminating the above mentioned heat-sealable transparent resin film layer on the paper layer having the window part is disclosed.
