<p>Current mirror circuit of the type consisting of a primary branch (12) in which it is intended that a master current (I1) should flow, and of at least one secondary branch (13, 13') in which it is intended that an image current (I2) should flow, the image current (I2) having characteristics that are substantially the same as those of the master current, of at least two identical field-effect transistors (M1, M2) connected to each other by their gates, and connected by their drains and their sources in series with the primary branch (12) and secondary branch (13) of the circuit (10) respectively, characterised in that it comprises a means of producing a voltage change ( delta V) interposed, outside the primary branch of the circuit, between the drain and the source of the transistor connected in series in the primary branch (12) of the circuit. <IMAGE></p> |
