PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a flap having the uniform diameter by a simple structure regardless of the difference of curvature of a cornea and to easily change the flap diameter. SOLUTION: This cornea surgery device for cutting a cornea of a patient's eye into a layer shape is provided with a fixing means for holding an opening part and to be sucked and fixed to a patient's eye so that a cornea may project from the opening part, a cutting means for cutting the cornea projecting from the opening part by means of a blade while pressing the cornea, and a height variable means for changing the height in the patient's eye visual axis of the blade tip in relation to the fixing means.
