PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in damping properties, flowability and stiffness and having low dependence on kneading conditions of these properties. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin having an aromatic ring, (B) 1-50 pts.wt. of a copolymer of a conjugated diene-alkenyl aromatic compound polymerized >=50% of the conjugated diene by (1, 2-) or (3, 4-)bonds and saturated >=80% of the residual unsaturated bonds by hydrogenation and (C) 1-20 pts.wt. of a hydrocarbon resin.
