PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a work bench in a horizontal state without using an emergency pump. SOLUTION: This work bench leveling device 30 has a leveling cylinder 31 for oscillating a work bench, a gravity type leveling valve 33 for performing a supply/exhaust control of hydraulic fluid to the leveling cylinder 31 according to inclination of the work bench, a rising/falling cylinder 15 for laying and moving a boom, a laying allowing valve 37 for allowing discharge of hydraulic fluid from the rising/falling cylinder 15 to a first oil path 55 side by a manual operation of an operation switch 61 and a first stop valve 39 for opening and closing a connection oil path 65 communicating between the first oil path 55 and the leveling valve 33. When an operation of a hydraulic pump P is stopped, the operation switch 61 is operated after the first stop valve 39 is opened. Hydraulic fluid within the first oil path 55 flows to the connection oil path 65 side, the rising/falling cylinder 15 is reduced and moved, hydraulic fluid is supplied to the leveling valve 33 through the connection oil path 65 and the work bench is held in a horizontal state.
