PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer apparatus wherein vibration isolation by a vibration isolating material is not deteriorated even if external force is applied. SOLUTION: The transfer apparatus for transferring an object to be transferred with vibration isolated includes an outer vessel 1, a mounting member 6 provided on an internal base of the outer vessel via a vibration isolating material 7 and an inner vessel 11 with the object received and mounted on the mounting member 6 to be movable in the outer vessel.
