PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the generation of gear tooth hammering noise between an output shaft and a counter drive gear during high speed running where a main shaft and an output shaft are directly intercoupled and improve an assembly property through stable rotation of an output shaft by a method wherein a reduction driven gear is previously widely engaged with a reduction drive gear even when engagement of a friction gear does not match with the reduction drive gear during assembly of the output shaft. SOLUTION: A friction gear to generate a friction force to prevent the generation of gear tooth hammering noise is provided with a gear tooth hammering noise preventing mechanism situated at the side portion on the propulsion shaft side of the reduction driven gear fixed on an output shaft.
