PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overrunning clutch at a low cost difficult of seizure even for use continued at high speed rotation. SOLUTION: An overrunning clutch 3 of this invention makes an inner side clutch input shaft 4 concurrently serve as an output shaft of a planet gear reduction gear 2, also journalled through a ball bearing 7 by a protruded shaft part 63 of a clutch output shaft 6. Consequently, though a constitution is simple, concentricity of the clutch input/output shafts 4, 6 is high maintained. Since the ball bearing 7 is placed in the vicinity of the axial center, seizure of the ball bearing 7 is difficult even when the clutch output shaft 6 continues high speed rotation. AS a result, though a cost is low, high concentricity between the clutch output/input shafts 6, 4 is maintained, seizure of the ball bearing 7 and a sprag 5 is prevented even when the clutch output shaft 6 continues high speed rotation.
