PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic pressure bearing device in which joining strength of a bearing is high, and small-sized and thin motor is implemented. SOLUTION: This dynamic pressure bearing device is constituted so that: a dynamic pressure bearing portion is formed by forming a dynamic pressure generating groove to an end of shaft 1 and an end of a cylinder portion 38 of a bearing 4 supporting the shaft 1 to be relatively rotatable; lubricating fluid is supplied to the dynamic pressure bearing portion; and the shaft 1 is supported to be relatively rotatable by dynamic pressure generated by relative rotations of the shaft 1 and the bearing 4. A radial dynamic pressure bearing portion 40 is formed on an inner peripheral surface of the cylinder portion 38 of the bearing 4, and thrust dynamic pressure bearing portions 41a, 41b are formed on both end surfaces of the cylinder portion 38. The thrust dynamic pressure bearing portions 41a, 41b are arranged to sandwich the radial dynamic pressure bearing portion 40 between them.
