PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hole saw for use in a large-diameter boring apparatus, which can easily draw a core obtained by cutting a body to be bored to the outside, even if the body to be bored has a relatively heavy weight, such as a reinforced concrete structure. SOLUTION: There is provided a hole saw which includes a large-diameter cylinder body 12 made of a rigid body. The cylinder body 12 has an opening edge 14, which has cutting blades 16 each of which is made of a sintered body formed at the front end thereof. The cylinder body 12 has a shape which is the same from the front end to the rear end thereof, and a hollow structure with either ends being opened. The length of the cylinder body from the front end to the rear end assumes a value sufficient long so that the cutting blade 16 portion abuts on one surface of a body to be bored, and that the hole saw 10 is moved toward the depth of the body, to be bored to reach the other surface of the same, while the hole saw 10 is being rotated.
