PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of selecting room arrangement in a multiple dwelling house capable of smoothly actualizing images of a house buyer, a room arrangement selector and a supplier and determining finally desired room arrangement in a short period. SOLUTION: This method comprises a preparation step (S1) for preparing a basic layout for each of a washing area, an entrance area, a living and dinning room, a Japanese-style room, a bed room, a storage space, etc., in each of imaged life styles with imageable drawings and/or photographs, a basic determination step (S2) for proposing the prepared drawings and/or photographs to a room arrangement responsible person and determining the basic layout for each of areas, and a final proposal step (S3) for designing whole room arrangement in accordance with the determined basic layout for each of areas.
