PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply opening for firefighting that permits reliable connection of a fire hose and smooth and reliable supply of firefighting water to firefighting equipment in a building by preventing the fire hose from bending. SOLUTION: In a cylindrical firefighting water supply opening 1, the lower end of which can be connected to a water supply pipe in a building through piping and the upper end of which is provided with a water supply opening portion 22 to which a connection fire hose is connected, as the water supply opening portion 22 is formed, directing smoothly diagonally downward, integrally with the cylindrical body 2 of the firefighting water supply opening 1, the connection fire hose connected to the water supply opening, directing smoothly diagonally downward, extends from one end connected to the water supply opening, directing smoothly diagonally downward and butts the ground and gets into a mounted state. Therefore, the connection fire hose supplies smoothly and reliably firefighting water delivered from a fire engine to the firefighting water supply opening without bending halfway and helps execute smoothly firefighting.
