PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide auxiliary equipment for an infectious patient carrying stretcher, capable of avoiding a danger of airborne infection to surrounding healthy persons during carrying an infectious patient. SOLUTION: Auxiliary equipment having a filter element 5 provided adjacent a chamber 4 for storing a head at the upper part of a neck of an infectious patient and a fan 6 provided adjacent the filter element is mounted on an infectious patient carrying stretcher 1. The filter element 5 and the fan 6 can be installed at opposite positions.
