PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathing device for care managing with slight economic burden without the need for embracing a handicapped person and moving the person to a bath room. SOLUTION: A medical care bathing device comprises a body 7 consisting of a smaller rectangular or elliptical water-proof sheet than a mat or a bed 3 and a flexible protrusion 4 fixed to the outer periphery of the waterproof sheet, a cover 15 formed with a water-repellent or waterproof shield sheet 16 of aggregate 17 into a doom shape, and a mist nozzle 29 provided inside the cover. The protrusion 4 and/or a skirt 26 of the cover is provided with a cutout 27 to pass a neck through. The skirt 26 of the cover is located inside the protrusion 4 of the body when the cover is mounted on the body. The mist nozzle 29 makes forced hot water 44 fine to produce mists which are sprayed into an internal space 42 formed by the body and the cover.
