PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide easy end treatment of the operating wire, to provide an end part smooth, and to provide easy inserting works at the wire inserting part at angle part, by forming an almost spherical hard part having diameter similar to or smaller than the wire diameter, by welding of the end of operating wire. SOLUTION: End, especially the end of the inserting side of operating wire 30 which is inserted into the wire inserting hole of wire guide, is heat welded by arc welding as the non-contacting welding process. Arc welding is achieved by allowing predicated electric current to flow between needle electrodes 34 of welding head 33 and point of operating wire 30, to melt by heating of metal fine wires by arc welding, and the melted metal forms spherical end 30a by surface tension action. |
