PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric paste capable of improving dispersibility of a dielectric powder in an organic vehicle, even when the dielectric powder which comprises a perovskite structural complex oxide containing an alkaline earth metal and titanium is added to the dielectric paste, and further capable of improving wettability of a material to be printed with the dielectric paste, and to provide a ceramic circuit board by the use of the dielectric paste. SOLUTION: This dielectric paste contains the dielectric powder consisting essentially of the perovskite structural complex oxide containing at least the alkaline earth metal and the titanium as metallic elements, an organic vehicle, a first surfactant for dispersing the dielectric powder into the organic vehicle, and a second surfactant for improving the wettability. |
