SUBSTANCE: essence of the invention consists in that arrangement comprising packer, remote reading and independent pressure gages and hydraulic anchor is lowered on logging cable into well to check well by intervals from bottom upward and from top downward. In this case, independent pressure gage is connected to hydraulic anchor and controls over tightness of packer which has channel for transmission of liquid pressure to hydraulic anchor. EFFECT: higher efficiency due to simplified design of equipment, reduced metal content, reliable sealing and control over operation of hydromechanical packer. 2 dwg, 1 tbl
