<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a racket frame, which can ensure a sufficient strength to hold a gut being stretched by a high tension, while being a racket frame which is lightweight and is excellent in operability. SOLUTION: A gap W for the internal walls 12a and 12b of an outer shell layer 5, being confronted with each other, between a gut protective groove 9, which is provided on the outer peripheral side surface of a ball-hitting section, and an indented groove section 10, which is provided on the inner peripheral side surface 6, is set in a range of 0.1 to 2.0 mm. Then, the racket frame is constituted in such a manner that when a gut 13 is stretched, the internal walls 12a and 12b closely join to each other, and the external shell layer 5 forms a double structure in the region.</p> |
