PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide briefs for health care which is free in replacement of a water-absorbent pad, excellent in economical efficiency, less easily deviated in position of the water-absorbent pad, and free from drop thereof. SOLUTION: In the briefs for health care, a water-absorbent pad 2 is fitted to an inner surface in the longitudinal direction of a godet part 1a of a briefs body 1, a pair of fitting pieces 2a and 2a are provided on both sides of a central part of the water-absorbent pad 2, an adhesive tape 2b is adhered to a tip of at least one fitting piece 2a, the fitting pieces 2a and 2a are pulled outwardly from right and left leg holes 1b and 1b in the briefs body 1, tips thereof are fitted to each other by the adhesive tape 2b, and the godet 1a of the briefs body 1 is held by a pair of fitting pieces 2a and 2a to constitute the underwear for health care free from any positional deviation or drop of the water-absorbent pad 2. The godet 1a may be held by the fitting piece provided on one side of the central part of the water-absorbent pad 2, or the godet part 1a may be held by the fitting piece disposed outside the godet part 1a. |
