SOLUTION: A worm 5a is fixed to an input shaft 1 driven by a motor 4, and a worm wheel 5b is mounted to a moving shaft 7 of a lever 11 driven by a solenoid 9 and a spring 12. A spur gear 6a integrated to the worm wheel 5b is connected to a spur gear 6c fixed to the output shaft 2 via a spur gear 6b. The lever 11 is urged by the spring 12 in a direction in which the worm wheel 6b is meshed with the worm 5a, and is driven by the solenoid 9 in a direction in which the worm wheel 5b is separated from the worm 5a. When the worm 5a is meshed with the worm wheel 5b, power is transmitted and a rotation of the output shaft 2 is constrained. When the worm 5a is separated from the worm wheel 5b, the output shaft 2 is freely rotated.</p> |
