ENDLESS BELT AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endless belt excellent in slidability, even if the rear surfaces thereof are rubbed each other. SOLUTION: An endless belt is made up in such a way that sail cloth having a core layer of polyester fibers as a belt core material is impregnated with polyurethane or the like to be 0.1 to 1.0 mm thick and both ends thereof are melted and butt-bonded with an angle of the longitudinal fibers inclined within the range of±5 deg. to±35 deg. with regard to the line formed by both the ends of the endless belt.
