PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recycling a cushioning material comprising polyester fibers. SOLUTION: This method for recycling a cushioning material comprising a ticking and an interlining and comprises separating the ticking and interlining of the cushioning material, carrying out a reheating treatment of the interlining, returning the state thereof to the initial state and then integrating the ticking with the interlining.
