Displacement in the axial direction of the holder 43 for a clutch based on a driven pulley 7b is regulated in a way that the inside surfaces of a pair of flange parts 39a and 39b situated at the two ends in the axial direction of an outer ring 38 for a one-way clutch securely fitted in internally of the driven pulley 7b and the two end faces in the axial direction of the holder 43 for a clutch are situated facing each other. simultaneously, the size of a gap in the axial direction between the holder 43 for a clutch and the two flange parts 39a and 39b is set to 0.2 mm or more.
