SOLUTION: A first/second twisted blade 35, 37 having twisted blades 36, 38 mutually in a reverse direction are mounted between bearings 31, 32 of a rotary spindle 26, a flow of mist-state lubricating oil is generated toward the bearings 31, 32 in both sides by rotating the rotary spindle 26, a negative pressure is generated in a central part, the mist-state lubricating oil is sucked by the negative pressure by guiding the mist-state lubricating oil to nozzle parts 43, 44 through peripheral grooves 41, 42 from supply pipes 45, 46, an automatic flow to the bearings 31, 32 is generated, so as to obtain a flow amount of the mist-state lubricating oil in accordance with a rotational speed of the rotary spindle 26, use of a particular adjusting mechanism and control system of a mechanism or the like adjusting a flow amount is eliminated, an amount of the mist-state lubricating oil in accordance with a rotational speed of the rotary spindle 26 is obtained, and the lubricating oil can be automatically optimized.
