PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrugated steel plate panel for a concrete leveling form and a construction method for this form being easy in boring a hole for inserting a sleeve tube, capable of boring the hole adapted to the sleeve tube, hardly requiring clearance processing capable of arranging the sleeve tube in an accurate position, capable of reducing a cost and shortening a construction period. SOLUTION: In a corrugated steel plate panel 3 for forming a side surface part of a concrete leveling form, a flat part 14 is formed in a corrugated part of a surface, the flat part is provided with a panel body 11 for forming an unloaded hole 15 and cover panels 18 covering the unloaded hole 15 with this panel body and being installed in upper/loser and left/right parts so that a position can be adjusted, and a hole 19 for fitting/inserting a sleeve tube having a prescribed diameter smaller than the unloaded hole 15 is formed in this cover panel.
