PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stamping device which can properly prevent a perforating failure from occurring. SOLUTION: In a perforating process, a line counter value C is set at 0 (S210) and the numerical range of the line counter value C which is incremented each time every single row of dots is perforated is decided (S220, S230). Then an application time Ta complying with the decision results is set (S240-S260). For example, dots upto the 20th row of dots from the perforation starting end of a stamp face part (S220: YES) are perforated in the application time Ta (S240). From the 21th row of dots upto the 475th row of dots inclusive (S230: YES), dots are perforated in an application time Tb which is shorter than the application time Ta (S250). Finally starting from the 476th row of dots upto the end part of perforating the stamp face part (S230: NO), dots are perforated in the same application time Tc as the application time Ta (S260).
