PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange apparatuses used in each process of secondary processing for coating a plastic molding with an elastic sheet in a free layout and to reduce the waste of the elastic sheet. SOLUTION: Since an elastic sheet 1 is cut in a prescribed size, fitted to a frame body 2 for holding the peripheral part of the sheet 1, and transferred to each process H, M, A, T with the frame body 2, apparatuses used in each process H, M, A, T can be arranged in a free layout corresponding to their installation spaces. Since the sheet 1 is cut in advance in a regular size for coating the surface of a plastic molding P to be used, the size of the sheet 1 can be made minimum, eliminating the need for a spare size and a sending margin.
