PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash and moisturize the inside of nostrils as well as to easily give them proper stimulation. SOLUTION: A water-holding material is attached to the tip of a stick and the water absorbed into this water-holding material is frozen at the time of use. The material containing frozen water is inserted with a stick into nostrils to be repeatedly slid and rolled. The dust inside the nostrils is wiped with the material, washed out by the drops of water generated by melting ice, thereby the inside of nostrils being moisturized. At the same time the frozen water contained in the water-holding material gives the inside of nostrils low temperature stimulation and rubbing stimulation.
