PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy type powder coating material composition having excellent low temperature curability and storage stability. SOLUTION: This epoxy type powder coating composition comprises a bisimidazoline compound represented by the formula (wherein X is a 1-20C cyclic or noncyclic divalent group which may have a substituent; and R1 and R2 are the same or different and are each hydrogen, an alkyl group or an aryl group which may have a substituent).
