PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize accurate receiving characteristics, and simple and accurate mounting arrangement. SOLUTION: A preamplifier 13, a receiving unit 14 and a power source unit 15 are housed in an equipment casing 10. The equipment casing 10 is mounted and arranged on a spacecraft main body 12 with using an attachment part 102 in a condition that a receiving antenna 11 electrically connected to the preamplifier 13 is inserted through an antenna insertion through hole 121 of the spacecraft main body 12 and is arranged to project to outside of the spacecraft main body 12.
