摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a highly accurate vibration by surely preventing excitation of vibration with a simple structure. SOLUTION: First and second permanent magnets 12 and 13 are projected to an opposite direction to each other and coaxially provided on an antinode of a vibration mode of a structure 10, and first and second electromagnetic coils 16 and 17 are combined with the first and second permanent magnets 12 and 13 so as to be capable of getting into and coming out of the first and second permanent magnets 12 and 13, respectively. The first and second electromagnetic coils 16 and 17 are mounted on a supporting structure 11 of the structure 10, and when the structure 10 is vibrated and relative position between the first permanent magnet 12 and the first electromagnetic coil 16 is varied, back electromotive force is generated in the first electromagnetic coil 16 corresponding to the varied amount. Based on the bake electromotive force, driving voltage is generated to drive the second electromagnetic coil 17. Accordingly, the second electromagnetic coil 17 and the second permanent magnet 13 co-operate to apply speed in a reverse direction to the structure 10 thereby controlling vibration.
