PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor pre-piping structure, a piping structure of a unit building and a pipe laying method for the unit building inexpensive in an installation cost, connectable by absorbing positional dislocation of building unit drain pipes and easy in maintenance and repair. SOLUTION: In an underfloor pre-piping structure 20 and a piping structure 40 of a unit building, and in the underfloor pre-piping structure 20 with a piping group 21 laid in advance in a foundation 35 for arranging the building by being exposed from the ground surface, the piping group 21 is composed of plural catch basins 22 and plural drain pipes 25, the drain pipes 25 are linearly connected to the catch basins 22, a rising part 26 is arranged in an end part of the drain pipes 25, a joint part 27 is arranged on the upper end of the rising part 26, and in a pipe laying method for the unit building 40A, a building unit 41 is fixed to the drag-in foundation 35 from above, and a lower end part 44 of a drain pipe 43 in the building unit is connected to the joint part 27 of the undefloor pre-piping structure 20 to fasten mutual building units 41.
