PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levee-side planting clutch easily producible at a low cost and having excellent durability to endure the use over a long period. SOLUTION: The levee-side clutch 28 of a branching transmission system 24 to perform the branched transmission from a feed case 11 to each planting mechanism 14 is constructed of a shift member 28B movable between a transmission position and a non-transmission position and forced to the transmission position and a pin-formed operation member 28C rotatable around an axis P perpendicular to the moving direction. The 1st flange 28d having a notch 28c and the 2nd flange 28e placed at the non-transmission side interposing a prescribed space from the 1st flange are placed at the outer circumference of the shift member 28B and a semicircular cam 28f is formed on an operation member 28C. The cam 28f enters a gap between the 1st flange 28d and the 2nd flange 28e in a state to allow the rotation of the operation member 28C exclusively when the cam is positioned close to the notch 28c and presses the shift member 28B to the non-transmission position according to the rotation of the operation member 28C.
