medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making obturation with medullary canal plug, setting draining tube into the medullary canal, introducing bone cement and prosthesis pedicle. Medullary canal obturation with plug being done, conductor is introduced through the lateral and intermediate broad femur muscles and a canal is formed above the plug at an angle of 40 deg to the anterior wall of the femur along its median line. Draining tube is set through soft tissues and the formed canal until it thrusts against the plug. EFFECT: higher quality of prosthesis pedicle cementing; improved treatment results. 8 dwg |
