PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-wheel walking vehicle for operating, to a maximum, the moving function of the lower limbs at the single or both sides, having remaining walking ability, if handicapped at the single or both sides, and making safe self-walking, like two-leg walking, possible while keeping a body stable. SOLUTION: With a walking vehicle having one wheel, the walking movement of the lower limbs at the single or both sides, having handicapped moving function, is substituted by the wheel and the moving function of the lower limbs having remaining walking ability is sufficiently operated in a space between the wheel and each of right and left foot pipes for very easily performing self-walking and right-and-left moving operation. A body is fixed by a safety belt on a seat mounted on the one-wheel walking vehicle for safe walking movement, turn-down of a user and a walker out of balance is prevented by a brake and casters mounted on the foot pipe, and the body is kept stable by a back rest, arm rests and a foot plate. Further, because the front portion and right and left portions of the eastern are mounted at a lower position than a rear portion, riding over a level difference of few centimeters or so is possible in self-walking. |
